i don't know where to start from. I initially requested a withdrawal on the 6th of June to my bank account, when I waited for four days and asked my bank, I was expecting a transfer, they asked me to ask the sender for the payment receipt which icmarket gave me but on the payment receipt they sent it to the wrong account details, i informed icmarkets that my bank said it was the wrong details. It was even on the receipt icmarkets gave me after several calls and emails. I got an email from them saying they are speaking to their bank to recall the money. It's been a month and two weeks since I initially requested the withdrawal. I keep calling and sending several emails sometimes they don't even reply me back this is frustrating i have been with them for more than 5years even changing my paypal details no one is getting back to me i requested to change my paypal now for more than a week still nothing customer service cant do anything but escalate your matter this is not good business practice. i had to leave a review.
