我已经在ICmarkets进行了几个月的交易,并且通过Apple Pay从几张银行卡上存款。

我试图通过Visa Direct提款,几个小时后我收到一封电子邮件,称我必须提款到(不再存在的卡)才能完成退款,然后才能继续进行其他类型的提款,但该卡在几小时前就被从档案中删除了!
我不明白工作人员如何提供两组不同的信息,就好像他们在沟通之间无法访问相同的材料一样。

I've been trading with ICmarkets for a few months, and I was depositing from several bank cards via Apple Pay.

Since recently one of my cards has been replaced with a new card under the same account. When attempting to withdraw profits, I hit a threshold and was not allowed to further withdraw money to my other cards under AML rules, and the remaining amount needed to be withdrawn to the card that has since been replaced.
After communicating with IC Markets and having that card removed off the system, I now am unable to withdraw any funds at all! After entering my bank information for a wire transfer, there is no further prompt to choose which bank to send it to, and I already can not use Apple Pay, which I was advised I would be able. Every option hits a wall.

I attempted to withdraw via Visa Direct, and after a few hours I received an email saying I would have to withdraw to (the card that no longer exists) to fulfil the refund before I could proceed with other types of withdrawals, however that card was deleted off file hours before!
I do not understand how the staff are giving two sets of differing information, as if they don't have access to the same material between communications.

If I attempt Visa Direct transfer now, a message appears saying that it is exclusively for visa direct customers, again, hitting a wall.
It is as if there is a block on my account. Customer service aren't able to provide any help apart from advising me to try another method.

Every email I receive is just another way or wording the last email, I feel like im chasing shadows.

I had trust in IC Markets but now I am not so sure. They must up their game.
