It has now been over four weeks since I submitted my withdrawal request of USD 30,000 from my IC Markets account (balance over USD 350,000). Despite the significant funds involved, the withdrawal has still not reached my bank account.
The Accounts Support team – particularly Juliana Voroklinioti – replies only after 4–5 days and always with vague, dismissive answers that fail to resolve the issue. This is highly unprofessional for a broker that promotes itself as trustworthy and well-regulated.
I hold official debit advice documents showing that IC Markets’ payment partner, FreemarketFX Limited, processed my transfer (Payment Reference 76415024, Withdrawal ID 374215, Bank Ref 8DDD0FB7E8BF246) . However, my bank confirms that no payment order was ever received.
Even more concerning, I have repeatedly requested the MT103 document, which is essential for tracing the transaction, yet IC Markets has refused to provide it. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it through every possible channel:
Filing complaints with all relevant regulatory authorities directly linked to IC Markets (ASIC, CySEC, Seychelles FSA), as well as independent global financial regulators not directly connected to IC Markets,
Engaging top London-based law firms to initiate legal proceedings,
Sharing my case with trading communities I am a member of,
Publicizing this experience across all major social media platforms to warn other traders.
I want to make it clear: I will not drop this matter until my funds are returned.
