通过网上银行存款和取款需要很长时间，很多很多次。后勤人员很粗鲁，迟到的原因也不一样。我存了3、4天都没有进账，然后只有当我第三次或第四次联系他们时，才完成。现在VietnamPay完全禁用，而昨天另一名工作人员告诉我，它正在进行维护。这只是一个骗局。

Deposits and withdrawals through internet banking take a long time for many, many times. Support staff are rude and the reasons for lateness are different. I deposited and it was not credited for 3 or 4 days, then only when I contact them the third or forth time, it was done. And now VietnamPay is completely disabled while yesterday another staff told me that it was undergoing maintenance. It is just a scam.
