Stay Away from GTCFX – Unfair Trading and Threats After Complaint

Review:
I opened two XAUUSD positions with GTCFX on June 6, 2025. Both trades were manually managed and had stop-losses set in profit. However, GTCFX forcibly closed the trades at a loss without my consent. I attempted to close them manually while they were in profit, but the system blocked me.

After I posted a negative review here on Trustpilot, GTCFX contacted me and promised to refund me $1050 if I removed my review. I deleted the review, but they only sent me $50 and then started sending me threatening messages via WhatsApp.

This kind of blackmail and manipulation is unacceptable and highly unethical. I have all screenshots and evidence to prove this. I am now filing complaints with the Financial Commission and UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), and I will take legal steps if needed.

I strongly warn others to stay away from this broker. Their actions are not only unprofessional, but potentially criminal.
