I opened an account on pro a pro account on Exness and their deposit limit is $500 to unlock the account then i deposited it to my pro Exness account through USDT for my wallet and the it get to the pro account and I got the account ready to use then I said i should withdraw $400 out so I can use $100 for my trading when I try withdrawing to my same crypto wallet used for depositing the same money, Exness denied it and said I should report for my deposit that they needed to verify my deposit wallet and then I followed the process and reported and had to wait for 28hrs for their response when Dey responded they asked me to make a video of me entering my crypto wallet app and I should show them my name and phone number or email address on my crypto wallet account and also my withdrawal transaction receipt on the app which I did so, and they asked me to wait for another 24 hrs for their response and I’m very sick I need this money for treatment I begged and begged them to help me but no response then I went to cry on their live chat then the live chat guy told me that he has sent my report to the support team that my issue will be taking serious, then I waited for 1 day plus couple hours before they responded to me that they need a video from my crypto wallet app that I should also show them the withdrawal details for the $500 and that they must be hash and the wallet withdrawed from and sent to, which my crypto wallet app doesn’t show that on the app unless you click on the transaction id then it will take you to the blockchain website where you will see all that Exness asked for then I made a video of it and sent to them, and honestly my sickness was getting more complicated I also begged and begged them and they replied to me 24hrs later saying that they don’t verify with the hash and transfer to and from wallet on the blockchain website, I also went back to explain to them that the crypto wallet app that I make use of doesn’t show that on the app only on the blockchain I even went to Bybit also and they don’t also show those things on their app only on website, and ever since then i explained it to them Exness has been ignoring me for 2 days plus now no response please I’ve begged Exness my life is on this money, I’m not able to withdraw anything from my Exness account
