I’m posting this out of deep frustration and concern. My strategy account with Exness, containing ~$1100, has suddenly disappeared from the platform. The account is now marked as invalid, and there is no trace of my funds.

After reaching out to Exness support, I was told that others are experiencing similar issues, yet no ETA or clear resolution has been provided. This is not just a technical error — it is a serious financial concern impacting traders who rely on the platform for their investments.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of communication and accountability. How can an entire account vanish without a trace on a platform that advertises security and trust?
