I am extremely disappointed and shocked by Exness' handling of a major technical issue that caused me a loss of $4,885,749 USD on 6th May 2025.
At market reopening for XAUUSD, Exness' price feed resumed over 3 minutes late (22:03 GMT+0), while every other broker and global market (including COMEX futures) opened on time around 3437. Instead, Exness opened at 3420, creating a massive 17-point price gap which triggered stop-outs on my positions and resulted in this huge loss.
What’s worse? 📩 Exness responded after more than 10 days and admitted the delay in their own words:
“There was a brief delay in quote displays to ensure fair execution and safe environment.”
Blaming “market instability” when the issue was 100% internal
I have already published full proof (screenshots, email replies, and screen recordings) on social media and I will continue to do so to protect other traders from facing this injustice.
⚠️ If Exness can delay quotes and wipe out millions with no accountability, then no trader is truly safe.
I strongly advise anyone trading with Exness – BE CAREFUL. Your funds are not safe if technical faults like this are dismissed without responsibility.

Hiding behind internal pricing policy (Market Maker excuse)
Ignoring global market facts and COMEX prices
