This bank is totally disrespectful to its customers. I hold a Power of Attorney on my mothers bank account which is registered with the bank.They have e mailed me and asked me to re-confirm my details otherwise they will restrict my access to the account if I do not contact them by 1st April. They allow me one point of entry by phoning 0800 085 1379. I have been on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for 37minutes.I am callingfrom South Africa. I am now canning the call.Hopeless company.
