Very bad experience with OFX. Do not work with them. Delayed transfers, constant requests for additional KYC information. A simple transfer of Euro 200,000 took several weeks for the recipient to receive the funds. There is a layer of customer support folks who speak to you on the phone but have no influence on what is happening with your money. Be very careful and stay away from OFX, especially if the transfer is critical, important, then use alternative methods. Don’t use OFX. They are swift and quick at taking the money out of your account, but then when it comes to paying the end person, they move like snails and come up with every excuse in the book to delay the process.
