I participated in the Hantec Challenge and accumulated a balance of 14,922 USD in my trading wallet. After making a withdrawal of 4,999 USD, the remaining 9,923 USD suddenly disappeared without a trace.

No notification from Hantec.

No official explanation provided.

The account balance was completely wiped out without any verification process.

When I reached out to Hantec's support team, all I received were vague and unclear responses with no commitment to resolve the issue. Clearly, this amount is the result of legitimate trading on the platform, yet Hantec refuses to pay out the full balance to its customers.

3️⃣ Is this a sign of Hantec's irresponsibility?
The unilateral deletion of customer account balances without clear justification or a transparent verification process indicates a lack of transparency and professionalism. As a trading platform, the bare minimum required is transparency and respect for its customers.
