我已于11月27日获准提款，但我尚未收到，我不断被告知提款即将到来，并在珍娜支付中等待。

我不得不说，在这个测试阶段，我不再对One Royal有任何信心，服务不达标，提款也有自己的想法。

I have had a withdrawal which was approved on the 27th of November but I am still yet to receive this, I keep getting told its coming and its waiting in Jenna pay.

However another smaller withdrawal made 3 days ago has already cleared into my account.

I have to say during this testing phase I have no longer any confidence in One Royal, the service is not upto scratch and the withdrawals have a mind of their own.

the customer service is reluctant to resolve the issue, I will be moving to another more realiable broker, unfortunatel had high hopes in one royal...but not any more.
