I have been a customer of Ox Securities in Australia for well over a year and a half and have had minimal issues with deposits in withdrawals. However, over the past two weeks I have experienced significant delays with a withdrawal to my American bank and have yet to receive a complete transfer of funds. This has been a very frustrating experience. Customer service has given a standard response that they are working on it, yet I still am waiting for a definitive timeline for when I should receive this withdrawal. This lack of clarity has been problematic over the past two weeks.
