I deposited $99 into my JustMarkets account and successfully grew the balance to $1700 through trading.
When I tried to withdraw my profit, I was only allowed to withdraw about $200. After that, withdrawals were blocked. Support informed me that I was required to first withdraw the deposit amount using the same method I used to fund the account (HUMO). However, JustMarkets representatives themselves admitted that this method is not available for withdrawal — meaning they deliberately put me in a deadlock.
Instead of proper options, they suggested using questionable e-wallets such as AirTM, Skrill, Neteller, or Sticpay, which are considered unsafe and often associated with fraud in my country. I refused and requested withdrawal via cryptocurrency or bank card, as it was during funding — but I was denied.
In the end, after emotionally losing almost all my profit and having around $300 left on the account, I was allowed to withdraw the remaining balance. But I never got my profit. It all looks like a scheme designed to prevent traders from withdrawing earnings until they lose their balance.
I completed full verification (KYC/AML) and did not violate any terms. The company’s behavior is blatant manipulation aimed at depriving the client of their profit.
I ask Forex Peace Army to pay attention to this case and warn other traders about the risks of working with JustMarkets.
