I see only options for crypto and Visa/Mastercard card for deposit/withdrawal, so I think other options are only in certain countries. withdraw takes about a day for money to get to my card, if anyone is wondering. The fee is always there. One time the payment was delayed, turns out my bank have question. But after I sent them statements, they passed it through.
