他们开始花很长时间才批准提款。我使用XM已经超过7年了。他们一切都很好，除了最近，他们开始花了很长时间才批准退出。所有年卡提款都立即获得批准，skrill提款最多在几个小时内获得批准，但现在，我的最后一次卡提款花了他们1天才获得批准，skrill提款从8小时起仍在等待中。我知道他们说最多24小时，但这些年来我从来没有这样过。所以由于现在太慢了，所以令人失望。

更新：在过去6个小时内每小时要求他们聊天后，告诉他们这是医疗紧急情况，这就是为什么我不得不关闭我的职位才能退出，但它仍然悬而未决，他们一直说已经通知相关部门，但没有发生。

They have started taking forever to approve withdrawals. I have been using xm for over 7 years now. Everything has been good with them except recently, they have started to take ages to approve a withdrawal. All the years card withdrawals were instantly approved and skrill withdrawals were approved in maximum a couple of hours, but now, my last card withdrawal took them 1 day to approve and skrill withdrawal still pending since 8 hours. I know they say maximum 24 hours but that was never the case with me all these years. So since its too slow now, it is disappointing.

Update: after requesting them on chat every hour for past 6 hours, informing them it is a medical emergency that is why I had to close my positions in order to withdraw, yet it's still pending and they keep saying that relevant department has been informed but notning happens.

Update: After waiting for almost whole day and continous efforts of requesting, all I get is "You will receive an email once the process is completed"
