I am extremely disappointed with my experience with XM.
On 15 February 2026, I deposited ₹9,499 via UPI (PhonePe). The payment was marked as “Completed” and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. However, the deposit has still not been credited to my trading account.
It has now been more than two days, and there is still no proper resolution.
The biggest issue is the lack of customer support:
No proper reply from XM Global support email.
No response from XM India support email.
No clear help from live chat support.
On Trustpilot, they replied publicly asking for details, but I had already provided all payment information in my previous review.
Even after submitting full details again in the “Find Reviewer” section, there has been no real investigation or solution.
They respond publicly to maintain image, but there is no actual help regarding the issue.
I have provided transaction ID, account details, and even offered to share UTR number and bank statement copy. Still, no resolution.
₹9,499 is not a small amount. This delay and poor communication from a financial company is unacceptable.
Until my issue is properly resolved, I advise others to be very careful before depositing money with XM. Make sure their support system actually works before trusting them with your funds.
