I have been with TMGM for 3 months now and have never blown an account. All was going well until recently, when suddenly the company stopped honoring my withdrawal requests. They first asked me to submit photos of my bank card (back and front) which I did, along with the card bank statement. Since then, I have heard nothing but, "a team is presently doing review," in their chat service, while my withdrawal request remains in limbo with TMGM not honoring withdrawal requests. They have not responded to emails that I have sent to their support team. I plan to report this issue to the regulatory commissions.
