I have been trading on this platform for 8 years. Overall, I’m very satisfied, but customer support has never been its strong point. Three weeks ago, my account was closed for security reasons. I received a message instructing me to change my password through a link sent to my email — but I haven’t received anything, not even in my junk folder. I’ve sent two emails to support (once a week during the first two weeks) — no response. I also created a support ticket on their website a week ago, but still no reply.
In my opinion, this is not how you treat customers who have been with you for 8 years.
