I opened multiple tickets with eToro support, provided screenshots, and followed all their generic troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, after 4 days and several follow-ups, I have not received a proper resolution – only automated replies that do not address the root cause.
As a customer, I find this unacceptable. Timely access to funds and clear communication are essential, yet both are missing in my case. I urge eToro to escalate this issue and provide real support instead of closing tickets without solving the problem.
