This company is an absolute disgrace and take advantage of vulnerable people.When using there online fixed odds betting,all they do is ask you to confirm your income online.In almost 4 years I was never asked for photograph id and proof of income.They set a daily limit you can gamble based on this info and it allows you to make up your salary and gain access to being able to bet several hundreds of £ a day without any questions asked.They closed my acc after around 4 years as I have a problem which I am now addressing as another company told them this but in the interim they allowed me to lose almost £10k no questions asked which I could not afford.My lawyer has told me this is against social responsibility and safer gambling rules so I have reported them to the gambling commission and financial conduct authority.A manager sent me an email confirming this is how they work and it is not there fault if you lose funds as you’ve provided false info on your salary.They have got this back to front as they have a legal obligation to make sure anyone using their site can afford their losses and they protect vulnerable customers from themselves.If they had asked for proof of income as they are obliged to my acc would have been closed down years ago
It is there attitude when you complain which is nothing to do with us you lied about your salary on the online form
What a shocking mercenary attitude and they care about profit and not about the wellbeing and safety of potentially vulnerable people using their site
I urge people to stay away from them as they allow vulnerable people to own acs and gamble large sums of money with no checks except filling in an online form.They said they ran a check when I opened my acc but I don’t believe that as I am bankrupt and they said nothing
I am going to take this company through every legal channel I can to hold them to acc and put in reviews on every site I can to let people know this.I have an email from a manager confirming all this
The senior people in the company are an absolute disgrace and I wrote to the ceo and surprise surprise was ignored
